  • When will I receive my order?
    Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your order prior to shipping. We will get your order processed as soon as possible but depending on the time of year, amount of orders, and day of week the order is placed, processing times will vary. most of our products are made to order so that you can receive the freshest product possible. shipping takes *3-5 business days. *Due to Covid-19 , shipping may take longer than usual. Thank you in advance for your patience. Shipment days: Tuesdays and Thursdays *****Please note: The processing period does not include shipping speed. the processing period is prior to shipping.
  • What if I have sensitive skin?
    While most of our products have been used by people with fairly sensitive skin as well as skin conditions such as, acne, eczema, and dermatitis, everyone is different and therefore have different results. If you experience any irritation that last more than five minutes, please discontinue using the product. If you have nut allergies, please do not use any products with shea butter due to the fact shea butter is derived from shea nuts.
  • Why is my order delayed?
    Many times orders can be delayed due to severe weather condtions beyond our control. Tracking numbers are provided once order has been dropped off to the post office. You will be able to check the status of your order with the tracking order provided. If there happens to be any delay on our end, you will be notified within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Please also make sure to double check your email and address for any spelling errors before finalizing your order. Sheaniq Skincare is NOT responsible for orders being shipped to the wrong address.
