While most of our products have been used by people with fairly sensitive skin as well as skin conditions such as, acne, eczema, and dermatitis, everyone is different and therefore have different results. If you experience any irritation that last more than five minutes, please discontinue using the product. If you have nut allergies, please do not use any products with shea butter due to the fact shea butter is derived from shea nuts.

Many times orders can be delayed due to severe weather condtions beyond our control. Tracking numbers are provided once order has been dropped off to the post office. You will be able to check the status of your order with the tracking order provided. If there happens to be any delay on our end, you will be notified within 24-48 hours of placing your order.
